Welcome to the place where the unicorns fly—yes, fly! We’ve got our wings intact and we’re using them to soar above the broken and inequitable systems of the nonprofit world, with a mission to fix what needs fixing.

We’re a group of like-minded folx who’ve seen (and survived) the inner workings of nonprofits. With decades of collective experience in everything from running the show to running the numbers, we’ve experienced the failings, the challenges, and yes, even the occasional triumphs firsthand. We’ve sat in far too many meetings, stretched impossibly tight budgets, and witnessed the harmful power dynamics that have become all too commonplace.

But here's the kicker: we're not here to silently endure anymore. We're here to change the game—starting with nonprofit hiring practices that keep people in the dark about what they’ll actually be paid. Because, let’s face it: if your organization can’t disclose salary ranges, what else are you hiding? Transparency isn’t optional in a world striving for equity, and we’re here to make sure nonprofits walk the talk.
